Reflection on Portrait Photography Portfolio: Nov. 27 2012
1. I think I did well using, on my own behalf, lack of time, space and subjects to get the meeting. I think I did well getting the suckers in my porfolio to be in my project because I made it sound awesome.
2. I could've done better getting diversity because they are close to basically the same. I could've done more but I chose to get rid of a lot of the photos I took originally.
3. My best photo is of Tucker Tusha coming out of the hole in Mrs. Richtmeier's room. He's NOT supposed to be in there and is a trouble maker and his bodies blurred because he was trying to get out quickly.
4. I used inside light, no flash. High tech.
5. I captured people's personalities and movement most. Definatlely actions. I got a lot of photos of people being themselves and most of the time not knowing that a picture was going to be taken.
6. What body part I took most of was the face and body. I took pictures of whatever I could in whatever they were doing.
7. I learned that phone cameras and video camera-cameras suck. I learned again how fun it is to stick a camera up in people's business.
8. I planned when I was going to be taking the pictures but I didn't plan the actual pictures. I did it that way because I wanted to take the pictures in my excel class because there are more people in there than wandering the halls. I took them with my video camera. I uploaded them all onto my computer and then picked out only the ones I half-liked then added more from the rest to make 75.
9. Yes. This is a good project, maybe less photos. But other than that it's good to get more variety in your photos and try more things.
